• Lesson prices vary per teacher and are paid directly to the teacher

• After payment is made, I will begin searching for your English teacher

• ¥3000 of this fee is for research time and contacting teachers on your behalf which takes on average 30 -45 minutes so is non refundable.

• In the rare case that I decide that there is no easy match for you, I will refund 100%.

• If you are dissatisfied with your teacher within 30 days, I'll locate another for you. If none can be found, I will refund the everything except 3000 yen.
